Sales Manager France (m/f)

Do you want to play a key role in driving commercial activities and significantly growing commercial results throughout France? As our new Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships and opening doors with a wide range of retailers, e-commerce platforms, distributors, wholesalers, and more.

Your role

As a member of the Circular&Co. team, your role will be instrumental in driving our business forward in France. You’ll work closely with our partners and distributors to expand our reach and increase sales across the country. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with retailers, e-commerce platforms, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Educating potential clients about the unique sustainability and usability of Circular&Co products.
  • Supporting and motivating clients to sell our products effectively.
  • Contributing to sustainable collaboration and mutual success in all your endeavors.

What we’re looking for:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Outside Sales Account Manager Benelux (m/f)

    We are an ambitious and fast-growing scale-up based in Amsterdam, active in both domestic and international markets. Our company specializes in circular reusable cups and bottles in the European market under the brand name Circular&Co. Millions of consumers and businesses use our cups and bottles daily, becoming part of the social movement towards reusable coffee cups and water bottles.

    In the strong growth phase we are in, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Outside Sales Account Manager for the Benelux region. This is a role for a commercial standout who helps us become the European market leader.

    Your role

    As an Outside Sales Account Manager at CFD Europe B.V., you will be active in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg regions. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

    • Proactively searching for new business opportunities and clients to expand the customer base.
    • Managing and maintaining existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat purchases.
    • Building strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking.
    • Presenting products and services to clients, responding to their needs and desires.
    • Negotiating contracts and prices to close profitable deals and build long-term relationships.
    • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to understand and respond to customer needs.

    What we’re looking for:

    We expect from the Outside Sales Account Manager:

    • A Bachelor’s/Master’s level of work and/or thinking ability, achieved through study or experience.
    • Proven experience in field roles, preferably in relationship management and acquisition.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to be persuasive.
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
    • Driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel regularly within the Benelux.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting is a plus.
    • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
