Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery costs and timescales, and how to return goods to us.

Delivery in Europe

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (Monday till Friday) of payment. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated in the shopping cart based on your delivery address before checkout. You will receive a track and trace code so you can follow your order as it travels. When the order arrives depends on the country of delivery. If you would like an estimated delivery time in advance, let us know and we’ll look it up for you.

Returns and exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Circular&Co. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days and we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund. All returned items for exchange or refund must be in their original, unused condition.

Please email to info@circularco.eu or call our team on +31 (0)85 048 2466 prior to returning an item, so we can give you a detailed breakdown of the returns process which best suits you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Postage cost refunds

If a product is required to be sent back for repair or to be replaced then we will refund the delivery cost. If the goods are unwanted as opposed to faulty, we are unable to refund the delivery cost for sending it back, however we will refund the initial order in full (including any standard delivery charges) once it has been received by our returns department.
